About

Jeff became active in local Texas politics in 2004 and in 2006 he ran for and won a seat on the City Council in Bedford, Texas. After serving a successful three year term, he chose not to run again. Shortly thereafter, as a result of his noticeable Conservative credentials on City Council, he was recruited by local elected Tarrant County officials to enter the Republican primary for House District 92 in 2009. That effort fell short, but again in 2019, elected officials convinced Jeff to re-engage and run again for the House seat that was being vacated in HD-92. That effort was ultimately successful.
Jeff is known as a “straight shooter” and someone who will never mince words for the sake of politics. Truth and accountability are the keystone’s of his service and relationship with the Texas voters that he serves. Jeff is a follower of Christ, a husband, father, grandfather and great-grand father. He currently holds the office of Texas State Representative for House District 92 where he resides with his wife Wendy.
